This meditation and hike are a must have on your trip to the area. Julie is like that friend or relative you haven’t seen in a while that you instantly (re)connect with. The meditation is very relaxing and almost purifying in a way. And the hike allows you to see and appreciate the beauty of the the world around you. I would give this experience a 10/10. If you are wondering whether or not to do this experience, this is your sign to do it. You won’t regret it.

We had such a lovely experience with Julie guiding my husband & myself on this meditation. She brought yoga mats for us & sought out the perfect location inside the Smoky Mountains National Park. We sat up beside a roaring creek and the area was just beautiful! Julie was a wealth of information on the area/park, we learned lots of history, and she was so very accommodating. We will definitely seek her out again, when back in the Gatlinburg area. My husband & I both loved the experience and both felt more relaxed after! Five Stars!

Julie is a masterful meditation guide. The area she choose for our group was so incredible with its beauty and peaceful surroundings. She personalized each of our experiences.
